"I’m genuinely confused how this hotel maintains a 4–5 star rating because our experience did not match that standard. "Very badly maintained room with sagging mattress and pillow, unsightly stains on the sink, curtains, table top and seats in addition to moldy furniture. Never experienced such an unpleasant stay in my years of travel."

"Room did not have a window, was damp and smelling, bathroom was dirty, all fixtures broken, ac leaking water. Would not recommend this place to anyone"
