House situated on the southern coast of the island of Pašman, in the Čelinja bay near the NP Kornati Archipelago. Single-family house "Jure", 2 storeys. 5 km from the centre of Neviđane, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 15 m from the sea, 15 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: outdoor shower, barbecue. Motor access to 50 m from the house (via unmade road). Parking at 50 m. Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 14.2 km, pebble beach 15 m. Please note: private mooring. Access possible by off-road car up to 50 m from the house. Transfer to the house can also be arranged by house owner`s off-road car if the guests prefer to leave the car on the parking reserved by the owner's house in Neviđane. The house is also suitable for guests with own boat. Possible to rent: boat (4,6 m long, outboard engine 5 HP), on request, extra (180 EUR per week). The owner delivers groceries (on request, 15.-€ per delivery). Possibility of buying autochthonous products (olive oil, brandy, white wine - on request, extra).
3-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, freezer). Shower/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 120 cm, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace 34 m2, roofed, terrace 11 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Marvellous view of the sea. Solar-powered energy (220 volt current, 500 W). Gas fridge, hotplates and boiler. Rain water only (cistern).

Zweisame Einsamkeit

Das Haus liegt traumhaft schön und allein an einer Bucht wo man sehr gut schwimmen und schnorcheln kann. Auch Angeln und Sammeln von Meeresfrüchten war möglich. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut und komfortabel, prima Küche (Gefriere)und Schlafzimmer.Aussendusche ist besser als die Dusche im Bad,deshalb nur dort geduscht.Schöne Terrasse zum Essen. Die Versorgung mit Elektrizität und Wasser klappt problemlos. Die Strasse zum Haus ist für robustes Auto(VW Bus) auch ohne fourwheel gut zu fahren.

Tolles Haus in malerischer Bucht!

Ganz kurz, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Haus Jure. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, die typische kroatische Grillstation fehlt nicht. Wir hatten unser Boot dabei, daher waren wir tagsüber meist nicht Zuhause. Leider ankern recht viele Boote in der Bucht und einige Male wurde die Bucht doch sehr von per Boot angekarrten Touristengruppen bevölkert. Ein Wort noch zum Vermieter: J. spricht sehr gut Englisch, ist sehr freundlich, superhilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen!

Charming house with by the small lovely bay

Charming house, with all you need by the small bay, whit sandy beach. Thought during the day you can expect boats and other people visiting the bay, the quite evenings are exceptional! It's worth coming here!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Sandstrand

sehr gute Ausstattung, mit eigenem Steg, flacher Sandstrand, sehr ruhig gelegen, tagsüber ankern oft Boote in der Bucht und es kommen Einheimische zum baden, ansonsten hat man viel seine Ruhe und ist für sich allein, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wohlfühlurlaub

Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus liegt wie versprochen abseits vom sonstigen Tourismus. Die Ausstattung ist großzügig, die gut funktionierende Außendusche mit einem phänomenalen Blick auf das Meer ist nur eines von vielen Beispielen dafür. Es gibt unzählige Plätze auf dem Grundstück zum Entspannen und Genießen. Ein ganz besonderer Wohlfühlurlaub!

Top wer Alleinlage liebt

Die Bucht ist sehr schön gelegen auch mit dem Boot gut erreichbar, mit nicht zu viel Tiefgang. Wäre auch ideal für Kinder die Bucht ist wie ein Kinderbecken. Leider gibt es nur drei Steckdosen im gesamten Haus wahrscheinlich wegen Solarstrom. Küche ist top augestattet mit Geschirr und Kochtöpfen sowie ein moderner Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach. Einziges Manko ist die Innendusche wo warm/kalt nur schwer einzustellen ist. Aber es gibt noch eine funktionierende Freiluftdusche.

Ett fullkomligt fantastiskt ställe! Mycket hjälpsam och tillmötesgående ägare. Det enda lilla minuset är att vi upptäckte att även andra gillade vår vackra badvik, så vi hade ibland sällskap :) Men det kan ju å andra sidan också vara trevligt...

Herbsturlaub auf Pasman

Im Sommer ein Traum Urlaubsort. Wenn es kälter wird sollte man für das Brennholz auch mit einer Säge umgehen können. Dem Sohn hat der Holzofen zumindest super gefallen.

Einsamkeit pur

Wir wollten Ruhe und haben sie bekommen. Tagsüber höchstens das Geräusch eines Motorbootes oder Insektes, nachts nichts. Die ganze Vermieterfamilie ist super gastfreundlich, wie auch die beiden einzigen Nachbarfamilien (100 bzw. 200 Meter entfernt. Es gibt alles was man braucht in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. In das "Robinsonhaus", immer wieder!!
