The location of this hotel is great and you tend to pay more for a big city hotel but some things could have been better. There wasn’t a single picture or decoration on the wall. Not a big deal but made the room kind of drab. The bed was old and kind of sagged on one side. The tv was small and wasn’t a smart tv so only one English channel. One chair and only tiny end tables. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked so didn’t feel like the hotel was well kept

WiFi did not work and the process to access it was cumbersome. The staff, while they tried, were not able to assist, ultimately, I was able to access it in the lobby, barely but lost it as I went to my room.
