"Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We booked a room for 5 nights for much needed vacation. Checked in late and went to bed. Our bed sheets smelled funny and in the morning we discovered they had blood stains on them and hadn’t been changed by housekeeping from the prior users. I went to the front desk and asked if housekeeping could please change our sheets. The front desk manager “Maddie” said we would have to pay for housekeeping to come in as they don’t have...
