I loved the decor of the hotel and the rooms were spacious and nice. The bed was a little hard for me; but i’m the type who prefers a soft mattress. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very nice. I liked that they had a free water and coffee station that is available 24/7. They also have breakfast (for an extra cost) and it was ok. I recommend passing on it, but if you need something quick there are options there. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I would book again if I come back to Budapest

Fantastic location within walking distance of all the sights; welcoming staff that pampered our golden retriever; good breakfast included, as well as wine and cheese everyday at 4pm with live entertainment; use of the spa included; roof top bar. Large comfortable room with separate soaker tub and shower.

Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. ...
