Decent place, centrally located, cozy place size wise, shower head needs replacing as it sprayed water everywhere from the hose. Could supply a few more coffee pods rather than the 1 per night stayed.
Staff checked in daily and offered to clean daily, I wasn’t there much so it wasn’t required. Very safe area, near easily used metro and bus system

My only complaint was how dirty the floor was. My socks and feet were dirty walking anywhere in the room. They also don’t offer washcloths. But other than those two things it was a great experience.

I can't rave more about this hotel! First, the communication with the hotel in advance of our trip was outstanding. Not only were they incredibly responsive, they helped us secure an excellent airport transfer. And when we missed our connection and therefore had to adjust our pickup time, they managed the process seamlessly for us. The breakfast was fantastic! The bar/restaurant area was great with a nice area to sit outside and enjoy cocktails in the evening. The location was great -- easily walkable to restaurants, shopping, and local sites of interest. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. What a gem. So happy I found it!
