Mon studio était basic, meublé sommairement avec un lit 140 plutôt dur et inconfortable. Loué 3 semaines, j ai dormi que 7 nuits car je suis allé sur Phuket et kho Chang... Mais le prix payé était plus que correct. La piscine sur le toit est bien et la salle de sport bien équipée. En revanche, j'avais fait un changement de date par hotel.com qui n'a pas été pris en compte par l'établissement malgré leur confirmation

Sisään tultaessa olimme hämillämme, koska ei ollut mitään vastaanottoa ja kun vartia osoitti meille ilmoitustaulun puhelinnumerot, jotka eivät kuitenkaan vastanneet. Jossain vaiheessa vartia sai puhelun, jossa meiltä penättiin huoneen numeroa, jota emme tietenkään voineet tietää. Puolen toista tunnin odottelun jälkeen tuli asunnon omistaja ja antoi meille huoneen avaimen. Huoneeseen saavuttuamme totesimme vessan pytyssä ulosteet ja että se on tukossa. Omistajan kanssa soveimme aamulle sopimuksen teon klo 10. Ketään ei ilmestynyt, mutta Sunny Rentalsin edustaja tuli 4-5 aikaan asuntomme ovelle tekemään sopimusta ja saimme ulko-oven avaimen, jota olin jo puhelimitse pyytänyt. Huoneeseen kuului kerran viikossa siivous, jota tiedustelin kahden viikon kuluttua, jonka sain puhelun ja viestin jälkeen. Seuraavaa siivousta ei kuulunut, eikä Sunny Rentals vastannut viesteihin,jossa myös tiedustelin uloskirjautumiseen liittyvää toimintaa Kaivoin asunnon omistajan esille ja hän järjesti liina-vaatteiden vaihdon. Uloskirjautumispäivänä tilanne jatkui yhtä epämääräisenä. Poistuimme avaimien kanssa, mutta jätimme vartialle yhteystietomme. !2 jälkeen sama henkilö, joka tuloiltana tivasi huoneennumeroa soitti ja kyseli avainta. Ilmoitin, että tulen paikalle klo17 ja luovutan avaimen takuurahat saatuani. Ketään ei ollut paikalla, mutta menin asunnonomistajan puheille ja hoidimme asian. Kiinteistö Art on The Hill on ihan mukavanoloinen paikka, valoisat huoneet ja erinomainen allasosasto.

Квартира очень уютная и удобная. Все необходимое из быта присутствует. Отличная терраса на крыше. Везде чистота. Мой любимый район, он тихий и рядом с центром. Порадовала бесплатная еженедельная уборка в квартире. Перед заселением необходимо связаться с хозяином, хотя это на сайте не указано (ресепшн не поможет). Огорчило то, что в нашей квартире (1 bedroom), рассчитанной на троих, диван не раскладывается, а хозяин не предоставил раскладушку или матрас. Также ключи нам дали только одни, пообещали ещё привезти, но этого так и не случилось. Есть ещё минус: на соседней с домом площадке находится цех по покраске металлоконструкций, с 8 утра таскают балки, бывает пахнет краской. Но работы там не всегда активны. Выезд прошёл без проблем, залог вернули без вопросов. Хороший бонус то, что электричество и вода включены в стоимость бронирования. В целом всё понравилось. Я бы снова вернулся, но был бы более настойчив)
