The room have excellent view at the balcony, so convenience of all the activity, foods and just door step of the WALKING STREET. First day of checking in bed sheet are dirty unable to get change until 2 days later. The room description have noise cancelling for sleep but the noise cancelling not help at all when the WALKING STREET START from 8pm to 4am and in the morning more noise from morning people.

The Epicenter of the Party in Pattaya

If you’re traveling alone or with buddies, look now further. This is the epicenter of Pattaya - right at the entrance to Walking Street. Some rooms have an ocean view, but choose that option before booking, as it’ll be more at the front desk. No restaurant, but the Beer Garden is right beneath your room.

Hotel is really like old time motel without a parking lot rooms need updating although my room overlooked the ocean and it was a fabulous view of Pattaya beach city etc thats where it stopped bed is super hard like sleeping on concrete floor television didnt work no picture they did fix it however reception lousy i asked is it fixed yes yes did you replace batteries in remote yes yes nothing worked its no no do had to walk back to reception to get batteries no phones in room staff are super nice however motel/hotel ???

Great hotel. The beach view was awesome, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was amazing. Amenities were stocked and I had no wants or needs. The area was great for Songkran, but also any time of the year - right near the beach and Walking Street.
