The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Overall the room was not what we wanted, the pillow and bed linen was not fresh. On our last night the electricity keep shutting off throughout the night maybe 8-10 times. I had to reset the key to turn it back on so we can have air conditioner. The shower was outdated and need some renovations in my opinion. Shampoo and Shower Get was close to being empty. No coffee or sugar packs on our second day. We’re not ones to complain but wanted to bring it to others attention.

Good location with excellent facilities, pool, on site massages, good food, pool bar, helpful efficient and friendly staff. Hotel is opposite a lovely beach and has easy access to central pattaya, shopping malls, restaurants. This is our third visit and will definitely stay there again

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Only thing i didn't like was the frosted glass sliding doors dividing the sleeping area and the bathroom. However, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The pool areas are really good, nice and clean.

Excellent location , staff very efficient and friendly. SO clean. Yes, rooms a bit dated especially the bathroom but everything worked and they have clearly spent money in a lot of bar, toilet and restaurant areas. We had top floor deluxe sea view.
