Wonderful hotel in Pattaya. It has all the basic amenities and more. The front desk was very very helpful. Bambyi and Kimmy we’re extremely wonderful and I’m so happy that Holiday Inn express hired two wonderful employees like them. They always give you service with a smile. The hotel staff was wonderful. My cleaning staff was extremely patient and friendly. Every day I came back to a very clean room. The hotel always smells very very nice. They’re wonderful food and restaurants nearby. I truly enjoy enjoying my stay over here. And I will definitely come back and stay here again. I’m sure if you give this hotel a chance you will definitely enjoy it.

Rooms/hotel were clean, even better when you tip the maid. Well the hotel in my opinion was relevant to a knocking shop...hookers came and went with no checks with reception staff... pool is in poor condition, tiles missing and surrounding glass dirty. Staff seemed a little out their depth at times. Couldn't serve drinks at bar, had to wait on someone whom knew how to sour s gin/tonic...not what i expected fron IHC Hotel group. Photos on request....😒🙄

Fantastic hotel, in the middle of the very busy Soi Bukow, near to noisy bars and traffic but I didn’t hear any noise in my room. It has a compact swimming pool with loungers, so you may not find a free seat. The breakfast didn’t have many traditional English options but there are lots of other choices. The room was compact and the bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep.
