Staff is outstanding! Desk clerks and housekeeping are personable, professional, efficient, and very friendly. I’ve been a frequent guest since its opening and this is my favorite Pattaya hotel. The baht bus run just outside the front door in both directions, so public transportation is easy! And it’s so easily walkable and close to everything.

Room was adiquate for 1 person but not 2 . Room 306 needs some work on the shower power and only one half working the breakfast was same every day could be changed and linited fruit ..could not access the apples think thet were in a jar for show..egg station staff were super...reception again super..apart from above good location and room was good. I thought you front desk and housekeeping staff was pretty good. However, upon arrival I was not told there were washing machines on site. I was not told of bathrooms on first floor. I think that needs to be incorporated with the check in. The room shower due to construction always left the floor wet. That was annoying. Other than the minor issues, I thought your staff was very professional.

This property is situated in a unpleasant area and it is intimidating when you come entering and exiting the hotel. Furthermore, breakfast is free for every guest making it over crowded and not a good experience.

Pros: location, breakfast Cons: Don’t give this property your credit card, use a third party website if you dare to stay here. The staff at this location try every way they can to charge you extra. First they claimed I was smoking in my room because they found two buts in a small bag in my trash, btw they went threw my trash every day, kinda weird. The thing is my room did not smell like smoke, these rooms are very small if I smoked the room would stink, I just didn’t want to litter so I put the butts in a small bag, then I got some dirt on a hand towel and they attempted to charge me to clean the towel, the towels at this property were old, holes and strings coming undone. It seemed as if they were trying to get someone to pay for new towels and it wasn’t going to be them. They also have you and your guest fill out a form every time you enter the hotel. It’s a guest liability form. The walls at this property are paper thin, you every word your neighbors are saying. The rooms are not as pictured on the web site, they do not have the small couch as pictured it’s a small cheap chair. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. Nothing like having to argue every morning with the staff on your vacation. Look around this area 10 properties with in a five minute walk with same facilities for 30 percent cheaper.

So after we found butt in room, then staff notice to you. Finally you denied to pay for this. Any linen that provided in guest room and get damage or stain on it the (seems like muddy) extra charge for cleaning will be apply because stain unable to remove all clear also we can not serve to another guest. During stay if hotel guest has invite visitor come to visit and enter to guest room must be register for Un-authorization person to protect guest safety and security.Finally, we would like to confirm that we operate our business and serve all clients appropriately according to the hotel principles and policy.with regards,

Room 514 proved to be unsafe and resulted in personal injury. Unless careful, position of shower head allowed water to spray beyond the bathroom area and onto the ceramic or granite floor. Even though an effort was made to remove the water, the extremely slippery condition resulted in a fall and injury to my right shoulder. Needless to say, the injury substantially effected my vacation in Pattaya. Sewer fumes was also noted in the bathroom.
