Nice sea view

My 2nd this year. Quite area with a family friendly Night market nearby. Clean and good value for money. Enjoy top floor room with sea view, nice balcony and clean rooms. Very service minded staff. 10 bath bus 20-25 minutes to Central Pattaya.

The Hotel has so much potential to be better. Unfortunately Thailand as a whole do not cater very well for tourists. Bedding, seating is so low to the ground no good for tall tourists or anyone with bad backs or hips.Struggled to get out of pool because lack of steps on ladder and the beds were terrible,sunken mattresses.

I booked a sea view room, not sure if the view see pictures has anything to do with sea view. The pool I had to share with the pitchens, not that pleasant either. The breakfast menu shows about 10 choices , only 2 were available The staff was trying to deal with the issues by keeping to smile

Hotel ohne Service und grauenhaftes Frühstück

Es gab nur zwei Personen (Arbeitszeit von 14-22 Uhr) die englisch verstehen und sprechen konnten. Das Frühstück war kein Frühstück, es war eine Zumutung. Musste sogar selber gewisse Dinge für das Frühstück einkaufen. Jeden Tag nur altes Toast mit Marmelade und ein wirklich kaltes Spiegelei, ist kein Frühstück. Und dies jeden Tag.

Godt hotel tæt på stranden, dejlige værelser.

ligger lidt langt ude i Jomtien, manglende madrasser på liggestole, derfor ikke egnet for slanke mennesker. Stor morgenflaskerne buffet, men primært for asiatiske gæster. Vandflaskerne stuepigerne lægger på køl, er til betaling, hvilket du først gøres opmærksom på ved udcheck, derfor i princippet ikke gratis vand på dette hotel, bondefangeri. Tlf. morgenvækning fungerer ikke, stol kun på dig selv.

Clean and tidy bud beds extremely uncomfortable

the staff recommended i did not have breakfast at the hotel so i can't comment about it...it's really just a place to sleep that is on the beach and has all the public transport available...but the staff were great..just so uncomfortable and the shower constantly wet the bathroom floor

I am not impressed!

Room was clean and reception friendly, BUT: Breakfast was not impressive (bread and cookies were vast but not fresh, marmelade was pure "chemistry"). Fittness was terible, 5 out of 5 devises vere broken/malfunctioning, and nobody was able to repair them. No chair in the room, despite a chair being shown on the picture at the reservation.

Paid over $330 a night for 5 nights, $1700+. Wotif web site stated breakfast included, checking in I was told no breakfast. Strike 1. Hotel would not supply more than 1 key card per room, even though multiple people staying in the room. Strike 2. On the last day returned to the hotel around 4.30pm , only to be told we had to change rooms because maintenance men had been in the apartment ripping up floor tiles in the middle of the kitchen . When we left the apartmen that mornig there was no stand out problem with the floorig. On the last night of our holiday the last thing we wanted to do was pack up & move 2 adults ,2 teenage daughters & 1 2 year old grandson. Big strike 3. NEVER AGAIN

Upcoming great boutique hotel in Jomtien Beach

This facility has all the essential facilities to become a fantastic boutique hotel in Jomtien Beach. It has 2 outdoor pools and the guest rooms on the Ground Floor have balconies which are connected to the pools, i.e. you can be in the water in 0-2 seconds. The rooms are spacious, I had a car rental and the hotel has a very big well lit underground car park and the restaurant in the hotel lobby serves tasty local and western dishes at a very reasonable price. However, the "soft" side from Front Desk staff, to Housekeeping to the Waiter and Waitress at the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired but with the right training and development I have no doubt this hotel will become one of the better, if not the best, boutique hotel in Jomtiem Beach in no time. As it now stands, the hotel is a great value for money but if you want to be totally pampered, I'm afraid its not quite there yet.

ห้องพักสะอาดสะดวกสบาย รบกวนเรื่องห้องน้ำบริเวณล๊อบบี้ชั้นหนึ่งน่าจะมีสบู่ล้างมือให้บริการและกระดาษเช็ดมือหรือผ้าเช็ดและน่าจะมีกลิ่นหอมของพวกอโรม่าจะช่วยให้บรรยากาศในโรงแรมและห้องน้ำดีมากขึ้นคะ

Mina två nätter i sviten var fantastiska. Mycket stort och lyxigt. Dusch med balkong t.ex. :D Stor Jacuzzi för två. Välförsedd minibar. Enda nackdelen är att det är lite glest mellan bussarna där men det brukar ordna sig.

ห้องน้ำไม่ดีเลย เป็นอ่างอาบน้ำและฝักบัวติดผนังยื่นมาแค่ไม่ถึงครึ่งฟุต ทำให้สายน้ำกระจายบานออกไปทุกทิศทางออกนอกอ่างอาบน้ำด้วย จนห้องน้ำแฉะไปหมดทั้งห้องรวมไปถึงส่วนแห้งด้วย จะอาบน้ำให้เด็กก็ไม่ได้ เพราะทุ้งสูงไป และน้ำแรงเป็นเส้นกระจายวงกว้าง พนง ที่ฟร้อนบางคนหน้าตาไม่รับแขกเลย ถามอะไรก็มองหน้านิ่งๆแล้วยืนคุยโทรศัพท์ไปด้วย สรุปคือฟังเราอยู่ หรือจะคุยโทรศัพท์
