Almost a great experience

Everything was great except they put us on the top floor of the second building and the machine that operated the air conditioning had a very irritating clicking noise every few minutes. It was irritating to a point where we were unable to enjoy our sleep. The next morning we told the manager and the answer we got was, "oh that's normal for the top floor." I was speechless. So remember, no top floor!

Erst ging die Klima nicht, Dann war die laut wie eine Flugzeugturbine. Es gab nur 2 Duschhandtücher und ein Fußhandtuch, keins für die Hände. Das Bett war als hätte man eine Isomatte auf ein Stück Brett gelegt, so hart, wir hatten beide so Rückenschmerzen nach den 5 Tagen! Die Bettwäsche und auch die Handtücher Haben nach „Mensch“ gerochen. Der Pool direkt an der Hauptstraße, die Versprochene Poolbar gab es nicht. Lobby und Gänge kochend heiß ohne Klima, der Aufzug für Rollstühle außerhalb ging nicht, mussten den Buggy ständig tragen. Das versprochene frühstücksbuffet was dazu gebucht Werden konnte war nicht möglich, Weil das Restaurant renoviert wird. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sind irreführend, gerade vom Pool und Lobby, es ist das älteste der 3 Häuser und das merkt man leider auch sehr. Das Personal war allerdings sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das vorhandene Sofa war so dreckig, da hat sich keiner getraut draufzusetzen. Es wurde jeden Tag gesäubert und war für thailändische Verhältnisse „sauber“ Was auch doof war, 2 Leute gebucht und nur eine Zimmerkarte, so waren wir gezwungen nur gemeinsam zurück zu kommen oder sich genauestens abzusprechen. Wir komme leider nicht wieder! Zum Glück waren es nur 5 Tage in Diesem grauenhaften Bett!

Very disappointing!

The room is of good size and fairly practical. The airconditioning is preset and central controlled. When switching on the temperature was set at 18 degrees and the fan on hurricane force. The room was freezing cold. Reception reluctantly sent a technician who set the temperature a couple of degrees higher but he was unable to reduce the fan speed. As a result uncomfortable temperature and terrible noise. Although booked for 2 persons we could only get one keycard.

What's going on?

Very welcome and efficient reception. Room was trendy and a nice size. Bed was really comfortable. Cable TV Limited. Breakfast was good but not really catering for westerners. WiFi was great. No information in English about things to do in the area - all in Russian???? Surprisingly no information at all about the hotel and its facilities. Still not sure I went to the correct private beach or whether I could use the facilities in the sister hotels. Bit out of the way and not much going on in the area, which is one reason why guests need lots more information (in English and Japanese) about what's going on at the hotel, in the vicinity and further afield. Still enjoyed the stay though.

When I needed to find a hotel for the night, Tsix5 was there. fully accompanied my needs even though I didn’t make it to the breakfast buffet. The spacious room had me feeling positive and not constricted. I look forward to staying here again one day.

ห้องพักตกแต่งสวยงาม กว้างขวางสะดวกสบายดีมาก ห้องน้ำแบ่งสัดส่วนฟังก์ชั่นในการใช้สอยได้ดี แต่เสียดายที่ห้องน้ำไม่มีสายชำระ และไดร์เป่าผมตัดไฟเร็วเกินไปเป่าได้ไม่ถึง 1 นาทีก็ตัดไฟ คืนแรกที่เข้าพักอยู่ๆ ไฟในห้องก็ดับ ไม่แน่ใจว่าโรงแรมมีปัญหาเรื่องระบบไฟรึเปล่า แต่โดยรวมก็โอเคนะคะ
