Built in 1922, the villa is spread over two floors and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, dryer, and a baby cot available on request. Outside, you will find an open terrace, three balconies, and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing with family and friends. The location is strategic: 2 km from Marina di Patti, 12 km from Tindari, 20 km from Laghetti di Marinello, 30 km from Capo D'Orlando, 36 km from Milazzo, 45 km from Etna (Randazzo), 70 km from Taormina, and 175 km from Catania Airport. Six parking spaces are available. Families with children are welcome. Smoking is not permitted on the property. The villa is equipped with two refrigerators, a pellet stove, a thermoelectric stove, and a gas stove. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present. On request, coffee service, airport or station transfers, Etna tours, and boat excursions are available for an extra fee. You can purchase olive oil on site.
