Piccante Deluxe Seaview is a wonderful house, restored with style, located in the highest part of San Gregorio. The paradisiacal sea view is the backdrop to the large and ornamental garden which, with its centuries-old and majestic olive trees, draw the boundaries of a space that is lost on the horizon.
The house is located in the countryside of Patù, less than 2 km from the beautiful bay of San Gregorio, famous for its enchanting sunsets and from the lovely beach of Marina di Felloniche.
The accommodation has two bright porches: an access veranda on the rear side and a large front porch fully equipped with an elegant outdoor sitting area.
The beautiful kitchen, spacious and modern, is equipped with every service and has been designed to make the preparation of meals easier, as well as pleasant.
A beautiful living area where the sea almost enters the house, giving unforgettable moments and lovely sunset.
The accomodation has two apartments, one on the ground floor with three charming and simple bedrooms, one with a french bed, and two wonderful bathrooms at the forefront of both design and functionality, as well as a basement apartment with two additional bedrooms and a bathroom.
Wi-Fi is present both in the house and externally, however it gives a signal that the area may sometimes not have excellent signal reception. Finally, there is a small storage room with washing machine, a comfortable outdoor shower and a large internal parking lot. The property is mostly fenced, has an automatic gate and external security cameras.
The external road to reach the house is not asphalted and has no public lighting. Barbecue available to guests.
