"The property itself is decent and convenient, but I have to say it wasn’t as clean or comfortable as I would’ve liked. As far as I can tell the windows didn’t open which caused a stiff feeling in the air. There’s only one sink for the bathroom and kitchenette so be mindful. I’d suggest bringing some form of entertainment as there’s no tv. shower curtain had mildew or grime, and since the property was on the first floor we had some instances with centipedes from the basement crawling into the apartment. The layout itself is okay just wish there were two separate sinks for washing dishes. It’s a quite small apartment. However the surrounding area is nice, with plenty of food options and markets nearby. This place is okay if you don’t plan on being indoors much and just need a place to stay in between activities but does not carry enough of the essence of a comfortable home to recommend for a long stay."

"Always nice to stay at this property when visiting my Penn student. The bed was super comfortable but the bathroom was a little shabby this time. Also didn’t have cash for valet tip and asked the front desk if there was a cash machine. It was down due to building maintenance. She didn’t inform me the valets can accept Venmo. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to tip!"

"My stay at Motto by Hilton Philadelphia was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, and perfectly located within walking distance of many of Philadelphia’s top attractions, restaurants, and historic sites. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-designed, and made great use of space without sacrificing comfort. What truly stood out was the customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing. Whether you’re visiting Philadelphia for business or leisure, I highly recommend Motto by Hilton Philadelphia. The combination of location, cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service makes it one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit."

"The gentlemen at the Valet stand were absolutely lovely upon check in and check out. Maybe they should be promoted to the front desk! Upon check-in we were told the accessible rooms do not contain a sofa bed. Front desk staff was inhospitable and unhelpful. After refusing the needed accessible room, at no time were we informed that there were no linens for the sofa beds in the standard rooms. By the time we realized they were no where to be found we called the front desk and were informed some would "be right up." An hour passed, with a very overtired child who needed to be up early and they still hadn't come. A trip to the front desk resulted in being told that housekeeping would be bringing them to our room. An hour and a half for a plastic zippered bag of linens. No where is it mentioned that the jacuzzi is non-existent. Drained, dry and out of use. The pool area is so terribly lit that you swim in the dark. These were amenities that influenced our choice of hotel. We got to our room to find it to be a balmy stuffy 80° The air conditioning didn't work. It was 81° in the room after running the ceiling fan and air conditioning all night long. After traveling all day, and two previous experiences we weren't going to be awake all night trying to move rooms. The complimentary breakfast was nothing to compliment. Cold, weird, and not what you'd expect. We weren't looking for luxury. We needed an easy, comfortable place to stay after a very long day of travel. This wasn't it!"
