"Pros: we checked in late that night and the system was down, but staff was sfillvedy helpful and polite. Upon entering the room, there was a scent that was overwhelming. Each time we reentered, the scent was present and did not go away. It smelled of some sort of body or hair product. We booked a one bedroom.suite with a pullout full size sofa bed. The wear other couch was very apparent. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. When we went for breakfast buffet, it was towards the end 9:30am and it got very busy. Howver there was not enough staff ok standby to help with the mess and spills on the floor. I even witnesssd a teen slip overfhe oj. It took af least ten minutes for someone to.come and mop it up. Overwallthe location was convinient, the swimming pool I'd say was very cloudy but fun for our kids. The hot tub was nice and warm. Paying $250 a night was over priced for what we received."

"Everything was great!!! We loved our suite with the double beds. The kitchenette was an added plus. We had to cut our stay short due to a family matter at home. The front desk staff was very understanding and gave us excellent service. The parking staff were phenomenal as well. They took great care of our car. The young lady kept our room nice & neat. Everything was phenomenal! Thank you so much! We will definitely return on our next trip to Philly!!!"

"The staff and rooftop bar were great, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The property felt outdated and in need of significant updates. The biggest issue was finding bugs in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. While the service and location was great, the condition of the hotel did not meet expectations and would make me hesitant to stay here again."

"I don't remember the guy's name at the bar on Saturday night (23 May 2026), but he was awesome! Drinks made to perfection! As far as the staff, they were very helful during check-in & check-out. The room's were clean but extremely small and tight. There was not enough outlets located in the right places in the room. It reminds me of a dorm or barracks room. Not enouigh storage space on/around the sink. The beds were small and not too comfortable. I would stay again if traveling alone, but not with others in the same room. And parking shouldn't be $59 per night!"

"The property itself is decent and convenient, but I have to say it wasn’t as clean or comfortable as I would’ve liked. As far as I can tell the windows didn’t open which caused a stiff feeling in the air. There’s only one sink for the bathroom and kitchenette so be mindful. I’d suggest bringing some form of entertainment as there’s no tv. shower curtain had mildew or grime, and since the property was on the first floor we had some instances with centipedes from the basement crawling into the apartment. The layout itself is okay just wish there were two separate sinks for washing dishes. It’s a quite small apartment. However the surrounding area is nice, with plenty of food options and markets nearby. This place is okay if you don’t plan on being indoors much and just need a place to stay in between activities but does not carry enough of the essence of a comfortable home to recommend for a long stay."
