"No clean towels"

"I don't remember the guy's name at the bar on Saturday night (23 May 2026), but he was awesome! Drinks made to perfection! As far as the staff, they were very helful during check-in & check-out. The room's were clean but extremely small and tight. There was not enough outlets located in the right places in the room. It reminds me of a dorm or barracks room. Not enouigh storage space on/around the sink. The beds were small and not too comfortable. I would stay again if traveling alone, but not with others in the same room. And parking shouldn't be $59 per night!"

"First of all, you will be required to pay a $250 damage deposit which was a surprise to us. Immediately after our very slow, abrupt check in we were informed that the locks to the rooms did not work. We got up to our room (slow elevators) to find our room door wide open which was unsettling. We quickly found out that many other things did not work - electrical sockets, hairdryer and blinds that did not cover the windows. We spent extra to give our daughter a bedroom but her bed was not made up and there were scant supplies in the room to do so. It was nice to have a washer/dryer. The ‘restaurant’ was not open at all during our stay (Sunday to Monday). A lot of promise but did not live up to it at all."

"The property itself is decent and convenient, but I have to say it wasn’t as clean or comfortable as I would’ve liked. As far as I can tell the windows didn’t open which caused a stiff feeling in the air. There’s only one sink for the bathroom and kitchenette so be mindful. I’d suggest bringing some form of entertainment as there’s no tv. shower curtain had mildew or grime, and since the property was on the first floor we had some instances with centipedes from the basement crawling into the apartment. The layout itself is okay just wish there were two separate sinks for washing dishes. It’s a quite small apartment. However the surrounding area is nice, with plenty of food options and markets nearby. This place is okay if you don’t plan on being indoors much and just need a place to stay in between activities but does not carry enough of the essence of a comfortable home to recommend for a long stay."

"The TV was one of the largest we've had in hotels, though navigating the technology was a bit difficult. The room had been recently updated, so was fresh and smelled new.. Everything about the hotel proper was excellent. However, parking garage is a nightmare with vertical columns everywhere in the way of navigation."
