The room was great. Staff good except on security guard. He was very rude starting with his approach. Cut me off while I was talking and no regard for representing your company. Three of my guests were planning to make reservations because of the good time they were having and the experience. They decided to opt out due to the security behavior. Highly recommended, loved everything about my stay. The staff was amazing, they even sent a champagne and 2 cakes as a welcome gift to my room.
