The area is surrounded by homeless and begging people for money. It is loud at night. However the hotel is really nice with spectacular views of the city. It is clean and staff is super friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at the W! I’d highly recommend it. The views from the corner room were outstanding! I love that lots of shopping places and restaurants were within walking distance.

Beautiful property. Details throughout the entire place is phenomenal. Spa is amazing. Will most definitely be coming back to stay. Only thing I will say is the bathroom had water damage on the ceiling in the shower... it was starting to droop, and mold was forming. Could also work on some of the front desk ladies being more cheery and personable being that they are the first people you see when walking into the hotel. Wish I picked up the name but I didn't care to know honestly. Others at the front desk were amazingly kind and helpful. Overall a great stay that made me not want to leave!
