"No hot water in 2 rooms, only 1 towel per person, no shampoo, hard matress, and street noise. Served it's purpose for somewhere to sleep with a door code. I did apprecaotw the eco conscious tiny bar of soap. "
"The system for checking in it’s so tedious and annoying. They call you on WhatsApp from a company. That’s a different name from the building and at first you think it’s a scam. And when you ignore it, they tell you that you cannot check into the hotel anymore. And then you have to do it in a hurry. Also, they don’t tell you that they ask for a security deposit which they ask you at the time of check-in. But the hotel is really clean and pretty. Also, they don’t give you any towels or toiletries...
"Overall it was a very nice place, good quiet accommodation. Nice bed and amenities and very clean.
Upon my departure, however, the employee said something strange. He said oh "you owe for a bag of cashews as we showed one of those was eaten". I didn't disagree with this, it was true however, it was strange that the hotel knew this, before I brought it up, because I never, not once, left my room unattended without putting a "do not enter" sign on my door.
This means someone entered my hotel...
"Hotel de categoria hippie. Dentro de um buraco a vila Mariana com pouca comunicação e não humanizada. Passamos uma semana e zero limpeza, só se pagássemos por fora. Modelo ruim de hotelaria. Nunca mais Charllie nenhum."

"Kind service and gentle Clark, but area is not safety and property is poor. It’s limited necessity. Anyway this location is good for any access and price is so good."
"Nice, affordable hotel but located in a strange area with respect to walking. Need to go thru alleyways or loop around if walking to the hotel from public transit"
