This is a nice hotel with modern rooms, a beautiful lobby/atrium, and expansive breakfast buffet. We forgot an item in the room—something of modest monetary value but great sentimental value to my daughter—and the hotel staff were very helpful tracking it down and keeping it safe until I returned to São Paulo and was able to pick it up.

Awesome hotel for a relaxing stay. Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was the best I’ve seen for this type of hotel. Amenities were all that I could hope for. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel did not seem ready for the end of year influx of visitors, no towels at the pool/sauna area, trouble serving the end of year feast adequately (no water glasses at the tables, delay in serving beverages, that sort of stuff), no one at the front to greet incoming guests and answer questions, only one person at front desk at check out time… seemed very short staffed, in other words

My room was well decorated with high quality finishes. The restaurant area was large, bright and cheery. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I have two somewhat negative comments. First, very few of the staff spoke English. Finally, the hotel does not have heat. I was chilly for four days..... Overall, I highly recommend this property, especially at their room rates. I would stay there again without question.

This property is well maintained. They seem to take pride in their hotel. It was very clean any time of day we were there. They offer water, tea, at the lobby. I found that very welcoming. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The door greeter/security guard was helpful in navagting on how to get to the metro from the hotel. He also gave us advice between taxi and using an uber service. My room was cleaned every day which is nice because in the USA they havent done that since after Covid. The room was nice and decor modern. Breakfast was the best! They stock it well with a variety of hot dishes to simple cereal and fresh fruits. I enjoyed eating breakfast everyday I was there. The espresso machines were also a bonus. The breakfast buffet opened early and was great for getting a head start on your day. It appeared that many people stay here for business, but great for just couples and adults getaway.
