"The location is convenient, but the heavy traffic creates significant noise. Scheduling cleaning a day in advance was inconvenient, and the fixtures were of poor quality. The bathroom layout felt awkward and there was a slight sewer odor."
"Staff was helpful and polite. A big plus was that all members of staff I encountered spoke some English and that was very helpful due to my limited knowledge of Portuguese. Room and hotel very clean."
"Overall it was a very nice place, good quiet accommodation. Nice bed and amenities and very clean.
Upon my departure, however, the employee said something strange. He said oh "you owe for a bag of cashews as we showed one of those was eaten". I didn't disagree with this, it was true however, it was strange that the hotel knew this, before I brought it up, because I never, not once, left my room unattended without putting a "do not enter" sign on my door.
This means someone entered my hotel...

"This property is well maintained. They seem to take pride in their hotel. It was very clean any time of day we were there. They offer water, tea, at the lobby. I found that very welcoming. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The door greeter/security guard was helpful in navagting on how to get to the metro from the hotel. He also gave us advice between taxi and using an uber service. My room was cleaned every day which is nice because in the USA they havent done that since after Covid. The room was nice and decor modern. Breakfast was the best! They stock it well with a variety of hot dishes to simple cereal and fresh fruits. I enjoyed eating breakfast everyday I was there. The espresso machines were also a bonus. The breakfast buffet opened early and was great for getting a head start on your day. It appeared that many people stay here for business, but great for just couples and adults getaway. "
"On saturday breakfast was a headache. There were few employees working to make sure it would be a good moment for the guests. At least following items had finished and were waiting for replacement: papaya, eggs, cheese, coffee (yes, a simple coffee!!), yougurt. That is, most things were missing. Terrible"
"Kind service and gentle Clark, but area is not safety and property is poor. It’s limited necessity. Anyway this location is good for any access and price is so good."
"Nice, affordable hotel but located in a strange area with respect to walking. Need to go thru alleyways or loop around if walking to the hotel from public transit"
