"Though small, the flat is great and well neat. It has a great view and good lighting control. Also, it is well located in the South Zone of SP. However, the check-in process is the worst ever. They'll make you deposit 1k BRL to their bank account - which they claim they'll refund it all within a week after your checkout. They won't send all the information you'll need via message or whatsapp. Instead, they'll send you a link that contains all the info about your stay - whcih lacks clarity and...

"assim que cheguei comecei a passar mal de rinite, tinha muito pó, levantei o colchão estava muito sujo de lixo e pó, recomendo levarem antialérgico! o banheiro não tem nenhuma ventilação entao tem cheiro de mofo, eu sou asmatica e fiquei muito ruim. De limpeza sao bem ruins, as roupas de cama tinha resquicio de que outra pessoa havia dormido ali, a coberta nao parecia ter sido lavada tambem, tava com cheiro de pó. "Prédio super novo, funcionários muito prestativos e educados. Quarto muito bem equipado e confortável. Estacionamento ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização muito boa na região, no mesmo complexo de um grande mercado e próximo de shoppings. Não utilizei, mas a academia e a piscina parecem excelentes, inclusive com piscina interna e externa. "
