Horrible staff, lineups for checking. Old hotel. Isn't what the pictures show at all. The water coming from the room smells bad, outdated bathroom, shower, the towels disgustingly old, looked liked rags. Disgusting breakfast. I asked for no lactose milk, and they didn't have. The worst coffee i ever tasted, and of course threw away. I had to have breakfast somewhere else.

O quarto a princípio cheirava muito forte, como se alguém tivesse fumado dentro dele, porém ao reclamar na recepção, providenciaram um outro da mesma categoria imediatamente. Neste quarto foi tudo ok: cheiroso, limpo, tudo em ordem. O café da manhã é bem gostoso. A equipe de funcionários são ótimos e todos muito atenciosos. Senti falta apenas do mensageiro para carregar as bagagens: tanto no check in quanto no check out, este serviço não estava disponível. Eu mesma tive que carregar tudo sozinha.
