Ciudad Condal is in such a well connected area, you can get around the city very easily. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, in particular Ilaria who was so attentive and friendly.
Overall a great place for a short stay, just wish there was a communal area away from the room.

The staff of the hotel are wonderful and helpful. Disappointed in the hotel restaurant
As staff never smile or say hello also the evening menu we had was a disappointment too.
The breakfast in the hotel is fabulous and the rooms spotless as is the hotel.
Pool is great with plenty of shade under the trees. We have returned to this hotel many many times and hope to do so again.
Thank you to the reception staff for the friendly welcome.

"The staff at reception are very good. Our accommodation was an accessible bungalow which was clean and tidy but has very little storage space or worktops in the kitchen. The shower in the bathroom leaks because there is no seal between the door and the floor. The roads around the campsite are dusty ..."
