"We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10"

"We had a wonderful stay at this house. The managers were gracious enough to allow for an early check-in and everything was as mentioned. It really helped to have the house layout on the website description so that we could plan (we had multiple family units). Communication with the managers was fantastic from before booking until after checkout. I'd highly recommend staying at this property."

"Very clean spacious accommodations and decorated beautifully. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms very large! The home was perfect for my family of six adults. Good restaurants within walking distance. Parking with a really large vehicle was only challenge but always found a spot within a block. Recommend this location."

"The places was perfect for our family of 5. Location was very good with great places for food and coffee within walking distance. There was a lot of construction going on in the area but I just assume that mean greater amenities in the future. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Overall a great stay with no complaints. Thanks!"

"I brought my teenage daughter and three of her friends to a show at the Fillmore. This home was absolutely perfect. It is only one block from the venue. The home is exactly as pictured. Gabe and Jon were excellent hosts and replied almost instantly for the few questions I had. Sadly we only got to stay for one night, but all five of us can’t wait to book the place again! Street parking was limited, but we made out ok."

"From booking to actually seeing the place in person, i was thoroughly impressed and pleased. The hosts kept the lines of communication open to answer any questions and provide guidance. The place was amazing. It was more enjoyable and more spacious than staying in a hotel. The whole family, 7 of us, all enjoyed the accommodations. Next time I'm in the Philly area, I know where I'm staying."

"Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The parking was very difficult so you may want to consider Uber to get around. My only negative comment would be that the pull out beds/mats are very dirty and need replaced. My daughter decided to sleep on the couch instead"

"Very good accommodations for the price. Convenient, clean, modern, comfortable. However, 2 issues -- 1 minor and 1 that might impact a return visit. The minor issue was that the shower curtain was torn and didn't prevent water from getting all over the bathroom. The second issue was the tremendous noise coming from Juniper Street on both nights. There was partying going on outside until 3:00 in the morning, and the noise level was unbearable -- worthy of police intervention."
