Your accommodation:
The apartment is located in the centre of the city of Pavia and once you enter through the gate you can immediately admire the inner courtyard, typical of the city. Once you enter what will be your apartment you will find a large room with a table suitable for lunches and dinners with friends, the kitchen in the back room is brand new and equipped with all the necessary services to make you feel at home. There is no shortage of coffee machine, dishwasher and kettle as well as coffee capsules, tea bags and sugar available for guests.
The master bedroom on the right side of the living room is spacious and well lit thanks to the French window that leads to the private terrace, the comfortable sofa bed is large and suitable for 2 people.
Going up the spiral staircase in the living room we reach the second bedroom, divided into 2 zones:


The first with a view of the room where we find a table dedicated to work or study and the wardrobes.


The second, on the other hand, with opening onto the bedroom on the ground floor, is dedicated to the comfortable bed. Don't worry, the areas are communicating, but you won't see each other fall asleep.


The bathroom with window, on the ground floor, has been completely renovated with a large walk-in shower and simple and functional furniture. Finally, there is a large terrace, accessible both from the living room and from the main bedroom, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners in summer.
The apartment is very bright, but thanks to the shutters it can guarantee maximum darkness during the night hours.
To ensure comfort during their stay, we also offer guests: bed linen, towels (1 large towel and 1 medium towel for each guest), hair dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack and a Welcome-kit with shampoo and shower gel.
The house is equipped with independent underfloor heating while air conditioning is guaranteed by the presence of 2 adjustable splits. There is 1 GB fibre optic Wi-Fi, particularly efficient for managing various connected devices and for smart working.
Access for guests:
The entire apartment is at your disposal. After completing the online check-in, we will provide by email a video to be viewed on YouTube that will explain all the steps to access the apartment.
Interaction with guests:
The interactions will take place mainly on the chat and by email, we recommend during the online check-in to provide the best email address you have and be very careful to enter it correctly because important communications will take place by email. Before asking, carefully read all the information that will be shared.
