"The room is part of a shop building. The rooms are professionally finished and extraordinarily well-maintained. The linens were “top shelf” and the pillows were comfortable as was the bed. The kitchen is set up with a microwave, toaster oven, two door fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and a complete laundry. There is a patio with a table and a propane grill available for use. The owner was very friendly and accommodating . A short walk down the driveway and you are at the river’s edge with a picnic table as well as a metal swing to enjoy the view of the river. We had a wonderful time and would be glad to stay in the future."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this peaceful cabin and hope to return again in the future. The setting is ideal-- set within large tracts of public land, remote and spectacular scenery -- yet in reach of Dubois for groceries and restaurants. We so appreciated having access to boats included in the rental; it was really nice to take some short trips to see wildlife and fish along the stream feeding the lake. Our son particularly enjoyed the fly fishing here. It was great watching the osprey from the dock. The cabin was well stocked with all equipment that we needed and was very comfortable for our group. We did 3 nearby hikes during our one week stay and look forward to exploring this area of Wyoming further in a future stay! Amazing host was very helpful with local suggestions for things to do and orientation to the cabin. We so enjoyed our week!"

"Likely ideal for individuals with an outdoor mindset, who don’t mind leaving modern conveniences behind. For example, the cabin does not have central air. This didn’t bother us, but there are others who would likely find it uncomfortable during the hot months of the summer. Additionally, because of the remoteness, it would be expected to potentially come across rattlesnakes or other pests or rodents during your stay-didn’t bother us, we live in the wilderness and are not turned off by it - it’s something you learn to manage, and the property owners are managing to the best of their ability; however there would be individuals and families that would not likely be as understanding or be surprised upon arrival. If you love being outdoors, hiking, fishing, and having a comfortable place to relax after your adventures this place is for you!"

"Great 2 bedroom cottage. Host were very accessible. For us the distance to town (8 miles), was a bit far. The big downfall was the spotty Internet service. If the TV was on, and you were on your phone or computer it wasn't working. All amenities are in the house such as laundry detergent, soaps and shampoo. Kitchen is well equipped and has salt, pepper and spices. Nice grill."
