"Had a family weekend this summer. So got three kingsize rooms. All were comfortable. The beds were actually really comfy and pillows just right for me. The other two rooms reported they were fine. For the most part everything was clean. Our room nightstands were not wiped from previous customers and thebathroom counter also hadn't been wiped down. two of the room AC units worked supberly, ours seemed to struggle but we were ok. d"

Spacious River House minutes to Hot Springs & WY Dino Center

8/10 Good
"Overall it was good. There was some crumbs on the floor and furniture when we checked in and we ended up having to wash our comforter because it was also dirty. The dishwasher was not emptied and so we couldn't find some grilling utensils. We stayed from a Tuesday-Tuesday, but couldn't check in till after 4, and had to be out by 11. So, technically its not a full week. There was not all 12 of us there the whole week, and so I think we should have gotten a discount when there was only 4 of us staying. With taxes and fees, etc it was over 660/night- which is pretty expensive. The host was great though and responded quickly and got us another set of grilling utensils; which come to find out we didn't need them. Good location, deck is nice to have as well. We feel the cleaning needs improvement though."
