"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd vacation at Sunburst. The views are simply outstanding from both sides of house! Management company was very responsive to minor issues. The worn sofa needs be replaced, as do a couple of the original appliances. We hope to return."

Ocean and Creek Front Vacation Retreat

"This property is lovely and the host is very easy to communicate with. Luis also made an accommodation for our family on a needed appliance, which was great. There are a lot of pros to this property, it was clean, lots of sleeping spaces, good kitchen accessories, second fridge downstairs that we used for beverages, and the beach access is wonderful. The area of beach in front of the house was relatively private and compared to some areas of Pawleys, there was good beach above high tide to set up on. I will note that the kitchen and main area where we hung out is disconnected from the beach and on the marsh side. We really enjoyed the marsh, especially at sunset and the watchtower gave an incredible view, but did miss the beach sounds and sights as part of our house and porch time. The only real way to see the beach from the house is from the master bedroom balcony and even then the view is a little limited by the big houses in front. I'll also note that this house doesn't come with any beach accessories (chairs, beach towels) which was hard with some of our guests flying as we had to bring it all or rent locally. Finally, the bathrooms are all dedicated to the bedrooms, which was a little tricky for us with the people staying in basement or master area away from the kitchen and main gathering space. Overall though it was a great, beautiful, and unique space."

"We stayed at this lower level home for 8 days. We had an amazing time here. Nice fenced in back yard for our pup. Lots of towels/linens, beach towels etc. The host could not have been any more friendly or helpful. Checkin and out was one of the easiest I’ve ever experienced with a rental. The golf cart was a huge plus and so much fun. A little over a block away is a short bridge over the beautiful marsh called the South Causeway, it leads to the historic part of Pawleys Island and our favorite beach at the south end. It’s a huge beach with sand that doesn’t stick, soft waves and easy walking and just overall beautiful! So relaxing. We never had an issue finding parking either. We enjoyed it immensely! Thank you Tracy."
