"We had a very nice stay. The house had plenty of room, and everything was clean, comfortable, and very functional. It worked well for a group without ever feeling crowded.One of the best features was the large patio and backyard garden area. An outdoor table with an umbrella, several benches, and multiple Adirondack-style chairs were spread throughout the yard. It was a great space to sit with housemates over morning coffee or relax and wind down in the evening. The front porches also provided additional places to sit.We traveled with one pet, and the fenced yard was especially convenient. It provides a nice protected area for both pets and children to be outside. Having access to the garage was another definite plus, with room for two vehicles.The home is conveniently located just a couple of miles outside Eaton, making it easy to get to the grocery store, multiple restaurants, and other services in town. The road in front of the house is paved and fairly well traveled by trucks, but aside from that, the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful.Overall, this was a comfortable, well-kept property with plenty of usable indoor and outdoor space. This was our second stay over the past couple of years, and the property has remained consistently comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Whenever we plan to be in the area, this is one of the first properties we look to stay at."

"The house and the property were amazing! We traveled from San Antonio to stay for a week. We traveled all over the surrounding towns, the parks, the frontier days rodeo and more. We will be planning another trip to stay on the farm for sure! The house was very comfortable and unique! We loved the animals, the area and the hosts!"

"Such a warm and comfortable place. Loved the fact that the old style charm was kept in this building with wood trim and floors. We had an amazing stay. The coffee shop below the loft is amazing as well. Will definitely keep this place as a favorite if we return to Greeley in the future."
