The villa offers a spacious, living/dining area with dining table, fully equipped kitchen island, designer fireplace, air conditioning, cozy couch set and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool. Four comfortable bedrooms with double bed, three bathrooms with shower, one bathroom with bathtub and two separate WCs. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and TV and has direct access to the garden. Moreover, the fully equipped outdoor kitchen offers an additional convenience, as it features a lounge area with sound system, TV, large refrigerator, barbecue fireplace, induction stove and an additional dishwasher.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
