"We had a GREAT stay! We were looking for a home with privacy yet relatively quick access to Eureka Springs, Beaver Lake, and the Rogers/Bentonville area. It was exactly what we were looking for! The property and home were very well maintained, clean, comfortable, spacious, and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling out. The hot tub was amazing and the outdoor TV was a lovely perk! We stayed in late October so we didn't get to use the pool. Communication with Joey was easy and provided everything needed. I highly receommend Joey and this amazing property! "

"My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights of our honeymoon and it was clean, organized, and felt very homey. The walls are a little thin and you can hear the people in the next room, but that didn't bother us. The room was very spacious and felt vintage. We will definitely be coming back in the future."

"This lake home is beautiful. It was as advertised. Great screened in porch and a boat dock where we swam and fished from. Few things for the next family that rents: it is difficult to find using google maps because it takes you to a parking lot next to the house ( but you can barely see the house) not the driveway to the house. Speaking of houses's driveway it is a very steep graveled driveway. You will need a vehicle with higher clearance and 4x4 to exit the driveway ( like a truck) especially if it rains. We had a lot of rain and were under a flash flood warning during our stay and decided to move our vehicle to the parking lot chosing not to risking getting stuck. "
