"I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. We were treated like royalty. The place and the rooms are beautiful and elegant. The history and significance of it includes surviving the atomic bomb. There’s 2 original windows in the dining room that survived the bomb. It’s a hidden gem in Nagasaki that I can’t say enough about. Everyone in our party of 5 said they liked this hotel the best. If you want to be treated better than any other hotel you’ve ever stayed at try this place. "

"Nicely decorated and spacious accommodation. A few issues. 1) They had to be nudged to send me the check-in instruction. 2) The windows have no views as they are placed right in front of the neighbors’ walls. 3) The AC in the den was not working. Out of the 3, I take 1) very seriously. When I called them for the check-in instruction, they didn’t know why it happened nor they seemed to care why it happened.
