Available for a minimum 2 week stay (call property manager for discounted rates for longer stays), Pebble Beach Barking Seals is a gorgeous single-story home located on a quiet tree-lined street and filled with luxurious details, professional art, furnishings and high speed Internet. Floor to ceiling windows wrap around the home’s inner courtyard, filling the space with bright, natural light. Formal living area includes a beautiful gas fireplace, leather sofas, 75” smart TV and dining for 8. The family room includes a sectional couch, 55” smart TV, and breakfast nook. The modern, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (double ovens, microwave, 6-burner gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher) Keurig and drip coffee makers, and more. The laundry room includes full size washer and dryer.
The backyard is a private, fenced-in space with BBQ, rocking chairs and dining table for 8 where you can listen to the ocean waves and sea lions bark.
Bedroom #1: King bed, ensuite with dual sinks, large walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed.
Bedroom #4: King bed and desk.
