Cosy apartment for 6 guests with WIFI, pool, A/C, TV, pets allowed and panoramic view

Charming complex dating back to the 19th century situated in panoramic location on the Tuscan hills. This property comprises a main building and a nice barn which have been carefully restored preserving their original architectural features as well as their beautiful cotto-tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The two units offer 8 comfortable apartments, all of which tastefully furnished in a Tuscan style.
Distances: the villages of Montelopio 1 km, Fabbrica with all kinds of shops 4 km away, an excellent restaurant offering nice recipes of the Tuscan tradition is approx. 800 m away, Volterra 25 km, Pontedera (with nice shopping facilities) 23 km away, Casciana Terme (with spas) 25 km, San Gimignano 30 km, Pisa (airport) 50 km, Livorno (seaside) 50 km away, Florence (airport) and Lucca approx. 65 km away, Siena approx. 70 km. The coastline with large equipped beaches is in a 45-minute drive.

At guests’ disposal: nice furnished garden, large swimming-pool (20 x 8 m – maximum depth 3 m), Jacuzzi area, playground for children, table tennis, bowling green, barbecue, bikes for rent, private furnished outdoor area for each apartment. A shared room with satellite TV is available. Covered parking within the grounds. All of the apartments provide screen nets and WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).
Extra services (available on request):Shared laundry with washing-machine (€5,-/per washing ) and ironing facilities. baby bed (free of charge). Extra bed € 50,- / per week or € 10,- / per day (to be paid on site and requested at reservation). Maid service available by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour to be paid locally). Transfer service. We hebben enorm genoten van ons weekje vakantie op dit prachtige landgoed. De ligging van het huis en het bijbehorende zwembad is geweldig!!! De eigenaar en zijn medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het enige minpuntje is de gehorigheid van het schuiven van het meubilair op de stenen vloer (ook van de ‘buren’). Mvg René en Mariëtte

We had a little difficulty finding the property with the directions, it turned out we came from the opposite direction. The property was down a gravel road which was very badly maintained however was in a beautiful location with amazing views. We stayed in the la rosa apartment. It had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Initially we were the only visitors, however another family did arrive. The walls of the villa were very thin and so noise was clearly heard from the neighbours. On the whole the villa was great, the owners were very friendly and accommodating. I would go back and visit again if we were in the same area.

Sadly the beds were too high for my husband to transfer onto but with the help of the manager we were able to use the bedsettee. Other than this the apartments, pool and surrounding area was absolutely wonderful. We had a superb meal at the restaurant down the lane and we enjoyed sightseeing in not only the nearby hilltop villages but also San Gimignarno, Pisa and Florence. One week really wasn't long enough and we all hope to visit our apartment at this lovely complex again but next time for longer! Our thanks to the management for our Italian idyll!
