Villa Irene - Homelike Villas

Villa Irene is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse from the 1800s that has been expertly restored and can accommodate up to 11 people. It is located in Montelopio di Peccioli, in the province of Pisa, nestled in the typical Tuscan hilly landscape.
On the ground floor there is the built-in kitchen, equipped with every kind of appliance and with a utility room, the living room with a large table, furniture, sofas, armchairs, satellite TV, a large hall where an old rustic fireplace stands out, surrounded by other sofas and armchairs and a satellite TV, a bathroom that can also be used by people with disabilities, a double bedroom ( which can be converted into a twin room) with satellite TV and a full bathroom with shower.
Through a staircase made of wrought iron and stone, you can reach the first floor, comprising 2 twin rooms (that can become triple rooms), a double room, (with the possibility of adding a single bed), each with its own bathroom with shower, a rustic fireplace and satellite TV. Finally, there is also a storage room. A spiral staircase leads to the "piccionaia", a typical turret located in the middle of the roof, turned into a room with armchairs from which you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the beautiful Tuscan hills. Back on the ground floor, you can access a pergola made of wrought iron from the kitchen and living room. There you can enjoy your meals or simply relax on comfortable sofas.
Outside, there is a small outbuilding in rustic style, open on 3 sides and with all the equipment you need to cook, have a barbecue or relax. The garden also features a swimming pool with a whirlpool area and a part suitable also for children, where the water is only 40 cm deep, a sunbathing area with sunbeds, chairs and small tables for those who love the sun, and a gazebo made of wrought iron with sofas and armchairs for those who prefer the shade.
All around a large 5000-square-meter garden with typical Tuscan vegetation, a fence with electric gate and hedges of Mediterranean shrubs will protect your privacy.

-Flat iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, DVD player, barbecue, gazebo, children's playground with swing, table tennis, etc.
-Cleaning of the outdoor areas (pool, garden, etc.) twice a week
-A special bottle of local wine and a FREE wine tasting in a classic Tuscan winery.
-When Guests arrive, via a home delivery service you will receive a Tuscan welcome snack complete with beverages, a selection of mixed cold cuts and cheeses, and other traditional Tuscan fresh products.
