The hotel is really lovely. Our stay didn't start off very well as when we arrived there were 2 other very large families trying to check-in before us and only 1 receptionist. It took us over an hour to check in. Our check-in process in itself was quite efficient. Once we got to the room we could not switch on the light so we ask reception for help and they sent someone immediately. The rooms are clean, bright, have black-out curtains, a stocked minibar, a nice bathroom and space to work. bed is...

Loved the hotel - you will need a car to get around . Pool was lovely - great breakfast. Wouldn’t go back to Catania again - one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever seen . Trash everywhere , on the streets , along the roads and highways . Really awful .

Nice stay again . Thank you for good service .

It was wonderful strongly recommend

Myself, wife and baby girl traveled to the Santa Caterina Hotel for a weeks family holiday. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and the location in the town of Acireale is quite central for traveling to other touristy sites providing you have a rental car. Would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Vše skvěle, jen vstup do moře je prazvláštní... 😉

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with very comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from(Sicilian specialities) .The coffee was especially excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
