Ruhiges Eckreihenhaus in wunderschöner Anlage zwischen Valencia und Alicante

Unser kleines Häuschen liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und grünen Urbanisation mit dem größten Pool der Gegend.

Es besticht durch die 3 Terrassen. Im Erdgeschoss kann man zum Frühstück den Schatten genießen und auf der Dachterrasse hat man es das ganze Jahr über sonnig.

Sehr großzügig ausgestattet mit Griller, großer Lounge und toller automatischer Kaffeemaschine könnt ihr euch rundum wohlfühlen. In fußläufiger Nähe befindet sich ein Tennis,- und Paddleplatz, ein Minimarkt und Restaurant.

Die Stadt Denia ist mit dem Auto in 15 min erreichbar und in 5 min Entfernung befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum - das "Portal de la Marina".

Auch die wunderschönen Strände sind mit kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar.
