"We stayed for 1 week in October 2023 and were impressed with this villas contemporary features. There are 3 outdoor seating areas to choose from and we found it spotless. It took half an hour to walk to the Arenal but it was on the flat so that was ok. Every detail is taken care of and there was some lovely solar lights and candle holders which added to the ambience. "Apartment was clean and adequate for an accommodation point of view. Seating within the apartment was very poor for 5 person, the position of the TV made it impossible to watch. The internet was not secure something that customers would see as a necessity. The swimming pool was not really useable, shower at the pool had not been cleaned for ages."

"Fijn verblijf, mooi huis met fijn zwembad. Helaas schimmel en lekkage in benedenwoning. Warmwatervoorziening wisselend. Na verblijf een onterechte en forse claim voor een kapotte tafel, die wij nooit gebruikt/aangeraakt hebben. Jammer jammer!"

"Nice holiday, house was fine and Simon was easy to contact and helpful sorting out a small problem. We were unlucky with the weather, very changeable but didn’t spoil our time. We know the Denia area very well and enjoyed visiting places we had been over the years. Good side our family arrived for four nights and we had warm sunshine and visited several beaches. The whole complex itself could do with some TLC but our house was and area around were fine.."

"Beautiful Property is walking distance to beach, shops and village. While property is 2 bedrooms, the master bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom making it inconvenient for the 2nd bedroom to use. It is a huge shower room but not especially private. Lovely property. "

"We have just returned from staying at the villa and had a great week. The villa had everything we needed, with nice bedrooms, kitchen and living space. The outside area was great, with a lovely pool and plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming."

"Fantastic location due to the wonderful views overlooking the new infinity pool. Accommodation was first class and had all amenities including an out door bbq and fridge and a massive tv with many different countries channels and netflix was available. All in all we had a fantastic relaxing holiday at this villa. Pool was just so much fun and was really needed in the August hot weather. We would not hesitate to return. There is no railing around the pool so that the views are not obscured, so...
