I like the place coz it’s walking distance to the metro and center but it’s not a hotel. There’s no reception. It’s an apartment. Not 24 hour . The main door is locked . I came to the place around 2 am good thing there’s a guy who came out and I was able to get in the building . Waited again. Somebody came down and told me the person in charge is in the 3rd floor. . I was gonna leave and find a real hotel. But tried to knock at the door so loud finally a guy came out awaken by my banging at the door . It’s crazy . Next time you have to check clearly the place you are staying .

This hotel is worth staying. We went during Thanksgiving a family of 4 and Plaza de España was just beautiful from the hotel.

The staff is wonderful and hotel rooms are impeccable. Shout out to Imane for keeping our room in perfect condition and her hospitality.
