"The property was clean and had all the amenities someone who is traveling could want. It was in a great location and an overall great property. The one thing that we would recommend is having the AC set on 75 and not 80. With a 4pm check-in time, there was not sufficient time to cool the house down before we wanted to go to bed. It was a hot August day and walking into an 80 degree house was a bit jarring. We had to make plans to go out to dinner to give the house time to cool down. Other than that, the property was great and we enjoyed our stay."

"This property is found in a beautiful area. The gated community is clean and there is very little traffic, if you want to take walks on the road near the property. The pool used in the gated community is easy to access and is a great place to relax and have fun in the water. This area is also close to other attractions found in other cities and towns nearby, like the zoo in Asheboro. You are also close to the Uwharrie National Forest, if you like hiking and trails. We really enjoyed our stay and our host has created a relaxing and beautiful environment in the house that we rented over the past few days. They also have a wonderful game room in the basement that includes Foosball and Ping-Pong. We plan to go back again in the future."

"We previously stayed at the property when it was under a different owner so we were familiar with the home. We came back because the house is perfect for a large crowd, has everything you need and is in a great location for water sports or just relaxing and enjoying the great view. The host was great to work with…answered all our questions and replied quickly. We had a great vacation and I’m sure we’ll be back."
