"Poorly cleaned and not maintained at all. Pictures for this property are several years old and this place is a dump. My room refrigerator didn't work, bathroom was dirty(mirror, tub, floors). Common areas have obvious hazards like wires hanging out of the elevator buttons, broken ice machines and parts gathered by elevators. I won't even begin to start on the area it's in. Come armed or stay away!!"

"Clean room the suite was super nice people were helpful and friendly. I took a lil vaca with my daughters they had a good time. We will be back ! "

"The hotel was located right near the freeway entranced, a gas station with a Subway and Taqueria which made it very convenient for us to jump on the freeway or go next door if we wanted something. The hotel has friendly helpful staff, clean building and rooms with crisp sheets, towels, cups, working AC/Heat, TV, WI-FI. We enjoyed the indoor heated swimming pool, but was dissapointed the Hot tub out of working order and not stated on Booking listing or websites. The breakfast was plentiful with waffle makers, eggs, sausage, various bread options, yogurts and juices. We were very happy to stay here for our first time in Dallas we extended 3 nights more than anticipated. We would absolutely stay here again"

"The cleaning staff and maintenance people very friendly. The lobby guy was very rude. And wanted change me extra when i paid for an other night for checking in earlier?? I said im already checked it. I just took my stuff came back at 3pm . Still had to pay for second damage deposit. Never been treated so badly. "

"The front desk folks are so friendly and helpful. I first used this hotel as part of their park and fly offer, but have gone back when needing to stay in Dallas because it is just easy with protected parking and easy access to downtown and Dallas Love Field. "

"Never again! Found hair in the bathroom sink and on a towel. Hard to miss black hair on white towel and sink. We have blond hair. Housekeeping did not speak nglish. Front desk had to call someone to interpret concerns to housekeeper. Then we realized that we had left a silver bracelet in the room. Called and front desk says they will ask housekeeping about it and IF found we will be called. No return call….. Asked front desk about local hospitals within two blocks of hotel. No knowledge of them being there or info available. Breakfast presentation was spartan. Plastic ware had no knives available. Total disappointment in this member of the Hilton family."
