"We love staying here the location is excellent, it’s on the beach and close to the shopping malls ands restaurants. They have things going on within the resort so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to, the only thing we could fault was there is no smart tvs in the deluxe rooms, so if you want to come in from the heat for awhile you are limited to what you can watch."

"From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcome. We booked tanah gajah for our honeymoon and wish we had stayed for longer than 4 nights! The hotel has so much to offer - a tethered hot air balloon (worth every penny), professional photographer, rice field paddy tour and kedac dance nights. The staff were all brilliant and we slept amazingly well. We would definitely recommend the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Ubud."

"We had a room that had connecting doors and the person next door had their TV on all night loud so I would not recommend connecting rooms. Also we had a room that was wheelchair friendly but when showering the water went everywhere even behind the floor behind the toilet. The kettle in the room to make tea/coffee was broken and my husband burnt his hand lifting the handle. We alerted reception they were very good"

"Un hôtel agréable à vivre très confortable. Un petit déjeuner buffet bien garni. Une arriver avec un jus d’accueil et puis un petit snack offert. Un personnel accueillant, souriant et serviable. Une chambre avec un grand lit moelleux et confortable. Une grande piscine, une salle de sport un spa aussi. Une navette pour l’aéroport inclus pas mal et service de change au bas de l’hôtel utile je vous recommande. En face le lippomall avec plusieurs magasin et restaurants."

"would have liked to swim more but always kids in the pool all day,quiet pool was great but cant swim in it. Would not recommend for singles, but a a kid friendly place it was awesome."
