"I had villa room. Very clean and cosy compared to villas in other countries. Bathroom: i have noticed in eastern europe and central asia they seem to all have the foul drainage smell in all bathrooms. It must be the way drainage is designed. For a 5 star the toiletries wasn't on par. No fans, leave window open 24/7. Toilets have bidets in rooms but not in public areas, no issues with running water. "Good hotel with excellent breakfast options. The gym is quite small, but the pool, sauna, and steam facilities are very good. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the tram stop. We had a small issue at check-in, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and resolved it quickly. The room had a few minor faults, but nothing that would downgrade the overall experience.
