"The staff was friendly. This is an older hotel so everything is outdated. It's right off the interstate so you here the traffic all day and nights of the hours. There are some great restaurants close by."

"I could not connect to the wifi. I got an error code 299. I made 3 trips to the office and the receptionist could not help me. I checked out after the first night but I was charged for 2 nights. I would like a refund for that second night. According to the receptionist, Expedia only reserved 1 night."

"Room was very clean. Staff was excellent and met all your needs. Also they are very friendly and kind. Breakfast was great every morning and very fresh. I would definitely stay here again. "

"I have stayed here several times throughout the years. Breakfast was the best but not anymore. The shower was the most disappointing had to run it for 5 minutes to get the water lukewarm. They have a guard on it so it’s either ice cold or lukewarm. I will not stay again."

"Line backed up to the door to check in at 4 o clock and didn’t get checked in til 445, “system issues” apparently making us late/miss out on the reason we traveled so far to stay there. Staff just gives you the run around. Piss all over the floor in the lobby bathroom like abunch of 5 year olds had used every bathroom. Stayed at a Marriott the night before in a different city and it was incredible for 1/3 of the price. Wouldn’t recommend the Hyatt to an exhausted traveler desperately seeking a room to crash. "
