The front desk staff were amazing. They were even nice enough to give me an upgrade to a king bed. I much appreciated it.
Overall my stay was good.
Only down side was that someone propped the door open to pool and there were giant bugs EVERYWHERE… so using the hot tub was out. And that was the main reason for booking the hotel in the first place.
