"The room does need some renovation, the cistern needs to be replaced it has 2 cracks on the top, the screen door fell off when I tried to open it my husband put it back on the rails, the doona needs to be put in the bin had lots of stains on it, the carpet in the bedroom had a large big black stain, carpet needs to be steam cleaned, the kitchen had a smell which turned me off using anything in the kitchen, upon returning from going out there was always a musty smell throughout the apartment we had to open all the sliding doors to get the smell out, the large wrap around balcony was good but outdoor furniture particularly the chairs need to be replaced. Within walking distance of the restaurants and beach, can’t say I would stay there again."

"Living room air con not working it was extreamly hot and to have the air con not working was an absolute not acceptable especially with an autistic child.Both beds need to be changed and updated very uncomfortable. For the money to owner is asking you would expect the property to be at least clean and have the aircon working. Very disappointing and I will never stay here again "

"Check in was horrible. Was told to come back as they didn't know where the swipe card was then had to come back later to then be told go back to the hotel now and the cleaner will meet you in the lobby to give access. Location was great and so was the view . Apartment was not cleaned properly still had previous guests hair all through the bathroom . Blinds are old and ripped . Ceiling fans are nearly falling off the ceiling and make noise while they wobble all night . Balcony fly screen completely ripped . Marks all over the walls. Kitchen was good had all utensils to eat in and washing machine and dryer worked well . Communication with host was not good ."
