Park your car under cover and relax, you can walk to everything you need from safe swimming in the calm channel waters and sandbanks in front - perfect for young children - to the patrolled surf beach just along the boardwalk and the ocean baths at the end of the beach.
You can walk to all shopping, coffee shops, hotels, bowling club, and surf club.
Or just sit on your balcony and see the passing parade, the fishermen, swimmers, boating, prawning, and fireworks right in front on New Year Australia Day and other occasions during the year.
If you are lucky, you will see the Air Force fly over at the Anzac Day Memorial service in the park 2 minutes from your door, or the jets just flying up and down the coast.
Or the ultra-lights cruising low above the channel.
