"Clean room and friendly staff. How ever they still have not repaired the hot tub or pool. I picked this property for these amenities. That was a disappointment when it was not working still. It was not working for my stay in Dec 2025 If the company is not going to repair the hot tub or pool , then take it off there add for their facility."

"Yes the room was in good condition. Our last night there, the hot water tap broke. We were very disappointed with the TV service. There were very few channels available. The staff was friendly. We were checking out on February 16 & it was about 8:30 in the morning. The office was closed so I was unable to get a printed receipt. "

"Spent the weekend in Bonnyville to attend the Alberta Winter Games. The Western Budget hotel provided a great stay with excellent amenities, large clean room and very friendly and accommodating staff. We were kindly given a late checkout when requested. The prices were extremely reasonable. "
